Doctor's Co-Pilot or Managing support

Imagine the doctor as a pilot in a plane full of passengers.

The doctor has spent years learning how to fix the plane, identifying broken parts, and replacing them. However, despite this extensive training, the doctor doesn’t necessarily know how to fly the plane. That’s where I come in. My role is to be the second pilot—the co-pilot—who knows how to navigate the aircraft. Together, we ensure the plane and its passengers safely reach their destination.
